MUSCAT (WAF): Oman is supporting the joint declaration by the UAE, the USA and Israel with regards to relations with Israel, Oman News Agency (ONA) reported.
A spokesperson for the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed that the Sultanate is supporting the United Arab Emirates regarding relations with Israel within “the framework of the historic joint declaration.”
Yesterday, the UAE, the USA and Israel announced a historic deal to normalise relations between the UAE and Israel, with Israel agreeing to suspend its plans to annex parts of the occupied West Bank.
The Omani official expressed to ONA his “hope” for this declaration to “contribute to achieving comprehensive, just, and lasting peace in the Middle East” in a manner that serves security and stability in the region.
