MUSCAT (WAF): Oman Air will operate from Muscat to 16 destinations as scheduled flights resume operations on 1 October 2020.

Oman’s national carrier said in a press statement today that the first list of scheduled flights includes Khasab, London, Istanbul, Frankfurt, Cairo, Mumbai, Delhi, Kochi, Dubai, Doha, Dar Es Salaam, Zanzibar, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Lahore and Islamabad. Oman Air added that “flights to India are subject to Indian authorities lifting restrictions for scheduled international passenger flights.”

Oman Air’s announcement cames two days after the Supreme Committee for dealing with developments in the Corona pandemic in the Sultanate, approved resuming scheduled flights starting from October, taking into account the pandemic’s status of each destination.
