Air Arabia Abu Dhabi gets nod to fly to Muscat

MUSCAT (WAF): The Oman Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) announced today that is has approved “Air Arabia Abu Dhabi” request to operate regular flights between the Omani capital, Muscat, and the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi.

CAA said – on its Twitter account – that the new budget airline will operate two flights per week, starting from 16 November.

Air Arabia Abu Dhabi is the first budget airline operating from the UAE capital. The company obtained an air operator certificate by the regulatory authorities in the UAE in April 2020.
