MUSCAT (WAF)- Bharat Petroleum Company Ltd. (BPCL) is acquiring OQ’s shares in Bharat Oman Refineries Company Ltd. (BORL) for $326 million.
According to BPCL filling to India’s Stock Exchange, it will buy the 888,613,336 shares owned by Oman’s Energy Group, OQ, constituting 36.62% of BORL’s shares.
Upon completion, BPCL will become the sole owner of Bharat Oman Refineries Company Ltd.
